Maybe you have been trying hard
to get your ex back and called and left 100 messages. You've left long
heartfelt messages and short begging notes, and they still aren't
returning your calls. How can you ever get your lover back if they
refuse to talk to you? This is a problem that has stumped many a
person before you.
How in the world can you get your ex back if they won't return your
phone calls? Rather than tricks or gimmicks, like trying to bump into
them at work, you can be respectful, honest and sincere and get them to
talk to you. Here are a few ways to do this:
Call them and leave a message saying if they just give you ten minutes,
you'll stop bugging them forever, so could they please call you back. If
you sound sincere and make this believable, you can often get them to
return your call. This way, if they do want you to stop bugging them,
they can consider giving you ten minutes so you will leave them alone.
Or send them a note with the same message. What your ex is looking for
at this point is for you to stop bothering them, so leave them a message
or send them a note and then see if theyll respond. It might take them a
day or two, but you can usually get a response this way " depending on
how unpleasant the break up was.
So do give them a day or two to respond. If they don't, its okay, this
happens. People are unique, and will react differently to a break up or
divorce. Getting your ex back is not a formula, it is a process that you
have to use your common sense to apply.
You may then need to give it a week of NO CONTACT and then try the above
two steps again. Again, your ex has to deal with their own feelings, and
you stalking them by phone isnt allowing them the quiet time to grieve
and or begin to let go of what happened.
Giving your ex some space, time, peace and quiet can be very difficult
to do, but it also work wonders. It can show that you understand and
respect their feelings and their needs, which is always a good thing. It
may be hard for us to give them a week or two of space, but it can be
just what is needed.
So give it a week of NO CONTACT and then make a call. You can often move
towards getting your ex back with a little patience. If they still don't
get back to you, there are some more detailed steps you can take by
sending them a particular type of apology and/or reconnect letter.
